Our Purpose: Blue Desert Sky Holdings was founded to acquire a business and grow it.
Our Objective: Acquire a B2B service business with up to $2 million in EBITDA. We will deploy $800,000 of buyer equity for a capital injection into an SBA loan (pre-qualified). We have the financial resources to execute a transaction quickly and will be happy to provide any documentation for you to feel comfortable about that.
Our Focus: We are focused on acquiring a single business. If it’s the right business, we’re ready to buy it immediately. Our founder, Josh Siegel, will dedicate his full time and attention to that business, relocating his family to the company’s location to lead and grow it.
How We Are Different: We are focused on preserving and extending a business owner's legacy — not tearing it down. We believe there are multiple factors that impact an enterprise, not all of them financial. We will work to optimize the interests of the people whose well-being depends on a smooth and successful transition: founders, senior leaders, employees, clients, suppliers, and the wider community.
Our Inspiration: We believe that privately owned businesses are the backbone of the American economy. Entrepreneurial by nature, we want to contribute to that effort, lending the experience we have gained to help a business grow while retaining its essential character and values. In our founder's prior career, he worked directly and indirectly with a number of clients who experienced heartbreaking outcomes after selling their businesses. We are committed to avoiding that outcome, offering the humility and work ethic of someone who is ready to listen and learn.
